Pharmacological Action

Acarizax is an allergen immunotherapy (AIT) product.
It works by modifying the immune response, reducing sensitivity to house dust mite allergens and alleviating allergic symptoms.

Indications

Used for:

• allergic rhinitis (including perennial) caused by house dust mites
• allergic rhinoconjunctivitis
• mild to moderate allergic asthma

Dosage and Administration

• Place the tablet under the tongue until fully dissolved
• Taken once daily
• Long-term treatment (months to years)
• First dose should be taken under medical supervision

Contraindications

• severe immune disorders
• malignancies
• severe or uncontrolled asthma
• oral inflammatory conditions
• hypersensitivity to components

Warnings and Precautions

• Local allergic reactions may occur (itching, swelling in the mouth)
• Discontinue in case of severe reactions
• Use under medical supervision
• Not recommended to initiate during pregnancy
