Pharmacological Action

Baclofen is a centrally acting muscle relaxant.
It works on receptors in the spinal cord to reduce muscle tone and relieve spasticity.

Indications

Used for:

• muscle spasticity in multiple sclerosis
• spinal cord disorders
• post-stroke spasticity
• cerebral palsy
• other neurological conditions with increased muscle tone

Contraindications
