Curacne Ge by Pierre Fabre Dermatologie contains isotretinoin, a retinoid considered the most effective treatment for severe acne. The French original is prescribed when conventional therapies (including systemic antibiotics) have failed or in severe nodular/conglobate acne.

Both dosages are available: 10 mg and 20 mg soft capsules, 30 capsules per pack. Isotretinoin is a prescription-only medicine requiring medical supervision and regular laboratory monitoring.
