Product Description

Hepcinat Plus is a combination antiviral medication developed by Natco Pharma for the treatment of chronic Hepatitis C Virus (HCV) infection.
Each tablet contains Sofosbuvir (400 mg) and Daclatasvir (60 mg) — two highly effective direct-acting antiviral agents (DAAs) that work together to stop the virus from multiplying in the body.

This combination therapy helps reduce the viral load and can completely clear the infection after a full treatment course, depending on the patient’s genotype and liver condition.

Mechanism of Action

• Sofosbuvir is a nucleotide analog inhibitor of the HCV NS5B polymerase enzyme, blocking viral RNA replication.
• Daclatasvir is an NS5A inhibitor that prevents the assembly and release of new viral particles.
  Together, they provide a powerful dual blockade against the hepatitis C virus lifecycle.

Indications

• Treatment of Chronic Hepatitis C Virus (HCV) infection
• Effective across multiple HCV genotypes (as prescribed by a healthcare provider)

Dosage & Administration

• Recommended dose: One tablet (Sofosbuvir 400 mg + Daclatasvir 60 mg) once daily
• Administration: Take orally with or without food, preferably at the same time each day
• Treatment duration: Usually 8–12 weeks, depending on the patient's medical condition and doctor’s recommendation
