The effect of the drug:

The drug protects against damage to the gastric mucosa by increasing the content of prostaglandin E 2 and exerting a cytoprotective effect on the gastric mucosa. The drug also increases the amount of gastric mucus and stimulates the blood flow of the gastric mucosa, improving impaired hemodynamics, thereby contributing to the suppression of inflammation and restoration of the gastric mucosa.

This medicine is usually used to treat gastric ulcer and to improve the condition of the gastric mucosa (erosion, bleeding, redness and swelling) in acute gastritis and exacerbation of chronic gastritis.

Contraindications:

If you have previously had allergic reactions (itching, rash, etc.) to any medications or food.

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

If you are taking any other medications. (Some medications may interact with each other, enhancing or weakening the therapeutic effect. Beware of over-the-counter medications, dietary supplements, and other prescription medications.)

Dosage and regimen:

For gastric ulcer : adults should usually take 1 tablet (100 mg of the active ingredient) 3 times a day in the morning, evening and before bedtime.

To improve the condition of the gastric mucosa (erosion, bleeding, redness and swelling) in acute gastritis and exacerbation of chronic gastritis: adults should take 1 tablet (100 mg of the active ingredient) at a time 3 times a day.

In any case, follow the instructions strictly.

If you missed a dose, take the missed dose as soon as you remember it. However, if it is almost time to take the next dose, skip the missed dose and continue with the usual schedule. You should never take two doses at the same time.

If you accidentally take a dose higher than prescribed, consult your doctor or pharmacist.

Do not stop taking this medicine unless your doctor asks you to do so.

Possible adverse reactions:

cold sweat, decreased blood pressure, respiratory distress

swelling around the eyes or mouth, urticaria, respiratory distress

sore throat, fever, malaise

nosebleed, bleeding from the gums, subcutaneous bleeding in the extremities

general malaise, loss of appetite, yellowing of the skin and mucous membranes.
