Natispray 0.15 mg/dose
Mouth Spray
Natispray® 0.15 mg/dose is a prescription oral spray containing trinitrine (nitroglycerin, glyceryl trinitrate) for the rapid relief of angina pectoris attacks. The medicine is absorbed quickly through the oral mucosa, providing fast onset of action when immediate symptom control is required.
Natispray is commonly prescribed for patients with coronary artery disease and may also be used before physical activity or emotional stress to help prevent angina attacks, as directed by a physician.
Nitroglycerin belongs to the organic nitrate class.
It relaxes blood vessels, reduces cardiac workload, improves coronary blood flow, and decreases myocardial oxygen demand, helping relieve chest pain associated with angina.
