Loxonin S Premium is a Japanese analgesic produced by Daiichi Sankyo. It combines loxoprofen sodium, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) widely used in Japan, with allylisopropylacetylurea and anhydrous caffeine, which support and prolong the analgesic effect. Magnesium aluminometasilicate is added to be gentle on the stomach.
The product is intended for relief of strong headaches, toothache, menstrual pain, joint and muscle pain, as well as reduction of fever.
Adults and children 15 years and older: 2 tablets per dose, taken with water or warm water, preferably not on an empty stomach. If symptoms recur, a third dose may be taken. The interval between doses should be at least 4 hours. Do not exceed 3 doses per day.

Store in a dry place at a temperature not exceeding 25 °C, away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.
