Composition
Each capsule contains:
- Piracetam — 400 mg
- Cinnarizine — 25 mg
Pharmacological action
Fezam® is a combination nootropic and vasoactive medicine. Piracetam improves cerebral metabolism and microcirculation, enhancing neuronal resistance to hypoxia. Cinnarizine has vasodilating and antihistamine properties, helping to improve cerebral blood flow and reduce vestibular symptoms.

Dosage and administration
The usual dose is 1–2 capsules 2–3 times daily after meals.
