Fampyra contains fampridine (4-aminopyridine) and is indicated to improve walking ability in adult patients with multiple sclerosis (MS).

It belongs to potassium channel blockers and enhances nerve impulse conduction in damaged nerve fibers, helping to improve walking speed and mobility.

Indications

Used for:

Administration
